I had my AC replaced by Heavens Breeze in May 2020. This was an all around pleasant experience. First, Carlos came to give me an estimate. He was on time and very professional. Once he looked at the existing unit, he went back to his truck and had an estimate written for me in about 15 minutes! There was no pressure or sales shenanigans. The crew was available to come install the next day after I agreed to go ahead! The installations crew (Willie and Frank) were prompt and professional. They had the new units installed quickly before my house had a chance to heat up (it was close to 90 and humid that day!) The whole job took about 4 hours.
